Wi-Fi Complimentary Service
The Internet Wi-Fi is a complimentary service Tornado Bus provides to its customers. We are working to provide our customers a better experience when traveling with us.
However, please keep in mind that Wi-Fi is not always reliable and sometimes the connectivity can fail due to common wireless issues.
These connectivity issues are due to
- Area coverage of the internet service provider (If the internet provider does not have signal in the area, the Wi-Fi will not be available.)
- Internet outage from the service provider. (Wi-Fi will not be available)
- Customer cellphone does not meet the requirements for Wi-Fi usage. (Customer needs at least a smartphone capable to connect to a encrypted key secured Wi-Fi)
- Router damage (In this case we will have to replace the equipment, and no Wi-Fi will be available)
Since our internet Wi-Fi is a complimentary service and we rely on the performance of the service provider, there will be no refunds if the Wi-Fi service is not available in one of our bus units.
* Wi-Fi Service available only within the US. (We are working to provide our customers with Wi-Fi in Mexico)
